CHALLENGES FACED
The Project was particular a challenge because the structure had to be joined with the existing building with a span of 59 Mtrs., and a lean-to of 15.85 Mtrs., for the low bay and Clear Span of 59 Mtrs., for the high bay. Jack beams for supporting the Crain movement at the high bay area and aesthetic V-type column support for the canopy particularly designed and suggested by the Clients.
RISK MANAGEMENT
This project was an extension of an existing PEB Building. We normally do not take up extension buildings because of the limitations on the Design Clarifications of the existing Building. Since SSM is our Prestigious Repeat Client we executed the Project. Our Director Personally handled the SIte, took all the Total Station Measurements of the existing Building, and worked meticulously in designing the entire structure without any error. We strictly follow Zero Error Installation Procedure and with his direct intervention, the installation was carried out and completed smoothly.
