This project was executed for M/s Metstar Industries at SIPCOT, Erode. It's an A-type structure with a 26-metre span and 16.5-metre height, spanning 20,000 Sq.Ft at a tonnage of 70 MT, built as a battery lead recycling unit.
Challenges Faced
Erecting Under a Critical Deadline in a Constrained Site
The project was completed within a critical deadline set by the client, making the structure installation itself a significant challenge. The site had limited space for crane movement, further restricted by existing pits and intermediate columns supporting machine floors.
