377 TPKMSK – Show Room & Auto Spares Warehouse
This project was executed for the TPK Client in Erode. It's an A-type (G+1) structure with a 31-metre span, spanning 19,000 Sq.Ft and a total tonnage of 120 MT, built to serve as a showroom and auto spares warehouse.
Challenges Faced
Delivering in a Tight 60-Day Window
The entire project was completed within a short period of just 60 days. Straight fascia was provided on all three sides of the structure, requiring a custom-designed and executed valley gutter, while column spacing was set at 10 metres wide.
